Payment
CREDIT or DEBIT CARD - This is the fastest way to pay via our secure payment process for immediate dispatch (pending stock availability). We accept all major credit and debit cards but are not debited until the goods are dispatched.
CHEQUES - We accept cheques but please allow 7 working days for cheque to clear. Please make cheques payable to EQUIFLAIR and send to:

Delivery
Address
You can either have your goods delivered to your home address or you have the option to enter an alternative delivery address, so that you can have the parcel sent to work or a friend so that you know someone will be there to sign for delivery.

Postal charges may vary, depending on weight of item, size and destination. The total postage cost will be displayed at checkout. Any queries please contact us.
Delivery Outside the UK
We are happy to deliver goods to most places outside the UK. For a delivery quote, please call customer services on 0044 1422 374366
All prices on the site include VAT at 20% where applicable.
Please note that our carriers normally require a signature on delivery and they do not make timed deliveries.
Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch your item/items within 24 hours meaning that delivery should take 24 to 48 hours. Occasionally at busy times this may take a little longer. We do aim to stock a large amount of products but if the product is out of stock we will inform you and aim to give you an estimated delivery time and date.
